Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your cap or shorts, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at ratratraders@yahoo.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error (defective/wrong item).
